Terms, kept short.

These terms are between you and SolveMe Solutions, a software company registered in the Czech Republic at Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague. We operate staytuned.cal and the calendar feeds served from it.

You enter into these terms simply by using the site or by subscribing your calendar client to a feed URL we generate. There is nothing else to sign.

StayTuned generates iCalendar (.ics) feeds for sports, esports, and broadcast events. You pick tags, we hand you a URL, your calendar app fetches the URL on its own schedule. That is the entire product.

• Free of charge — There is no paid tier. Pricing is and will remain $0.00 for individual use.
• No account — Your tag selection is encoded in the URL. We do not maintain a user record.
• Best-effort uptime — We aim for high availability but make no contractual SLA. Outages happen.
• Event data is third-party — Schedules are derived from public sources. We curate, we do not author.

You agree to use StayTuned in ways that do not break the service for other people or for us. Specifically:

• Respect polling intervals — Calendar clients should fetch a feed at most every 30 minutes. Faster polling will be rate-limited.
• No automated scraping — Do not crawl the website or hit the feed endpoint programmatically at a rate that mimics many users.
• No resale — Do not embed StayTuned feeds in a paid product or service without written permission.
• No abuse — Do not use the service to harass, stalk, or cause harm to any individual or organisation.

Schedules change. Kickoff times move. Broadcasters swap channels. We do our best to reflect those changes within minutes, but we cannot guarantee a feed is correct at any given moment.

You should treat StayTuned as a convenience layer, not as a source of truth. For anything where being off by an hour matters (travel, tickets, money), confirm with the official broadcaster or league.

Team names, league names, tournament names, and broadcaster names belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to tell you what an event is.

The StayTuned name, wordmark, site code, and the curation that goes into our tag taxonomy are ours. You may link to staytuned.cal and share feed URLs freely; you may not clone the site or pass our work off as your own.

StayTuned is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any specific event will appear in any specific feed.

You use it because it is useful to you, not because we have promised it will always work. If it stops being useful, stop using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveMe Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of StayTuned — including missed events, missed appointments, missed flights, missed bets, or hurt feelings.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages, in the unlikely event a court finds we owe you any, is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the last 12 months, which is €0, and (b) €50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for example, liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You can stop using StayTuned at any time by unsubscribing the feed in your calendar client. There is nothing to cancel and no email to send.

We may suspend or terminate access to specific feeds or to the service as a whole, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary — for example, to prevent abuse, comply with a legal request, or shut the project down because we no longer want to run it.

If we shut down the service entirely, we will publish a notice on staytuned.cal at least 30 days in advance, so calendar clients have time to stop polling dead URLs.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will publish the new version on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect and bump the version number at the top. Continued use of the service after that date counts as acceptance.

Small clarifying edits (typos, broken links, restructured paragraphs) may be made at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing each other a polite email will be brought before the competent courts of Prague.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
