Marcello Hernández hosts the 2026 ESPYs to celebrate the past year in sports. The night will feature musical performances by De La Soul, rapper Ghostface Killah, Slick Rick, and the Savannah Bananas. Taking place at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, the ESPYs will air on ABC at 8 p.m.

The ESPYs, established in 1993 by ESPN, originally began as a way to celebrate sports achievements, but it has grown to include categories like 'Best Breakthrough Athlete' and 'Best Play.'
