Grammy Awards Make Changes To Best New Artist Rules & Add Five New Categories

The Recording Academy has updated some rules and categories for this year’s Grammy Awards, the organization announced today, with one change impacting the Best New Artist category: Nominees in that category will now be able to submit a total of four times, one more submission than was previously allowed.
