Emmys On-Screen Diversity Hits 11-Year Low With 2026 Nominees

The number of 2026 Emmy nominees from diverse backgrounds in the actor, actress, reality and game show host categories fell to an 11-year low of 22 this year. The last time Emmy nominees of color were at a lower tally was 2015, with 18 performers.
